by and large, it was perfect base for sightseeing in ha long, had much fun and met really kind staff apart from the manager. the location was great because it was near to transport, the beach and heaps of food places, and the centre. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like srirembau restaurant that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

The place was clean. We loved the studio suite. - Very welcoming staff offered us concierge service and wake-up calls. - the hotel's location was marvelous, in a very quiet neighborhood. - Our stay was such a wonderful experience.
